Female Muslim dubbed as leading scholar

She certainly know her stuff. Sadly we're still waiting for something positive about Christian women.

Wednesday, April 28, 2010 should be called "All About Falsehood"

It isn't hard to find a christian perspective on Islam. Just go to google and type Islam in. Pages worth of Christianity will be found.
I visited a site called All About God. A usual evangelical source that target other Abrahamic faiths who believe in Jesus. They had a search engine so I typed in a Christian's most favorite/hated word. There's 25 topics on Islam. I wasn't surprised what they gave. So I'll be making a few articles about those topics which, ironically seem to be plagerism from other Christian sites.

I sent them a message. Just waiting for a reply (if they do give one):

I'm a former Christian now Muslim. It isn't that hard to find misinformation about Islam, especially from evangelical sites. What you portrayed about Islam is absolutely wrong. You have 25 sections on Islam and I've read most with disgust. An example includes how just be cause Muslims who live in the West, we do not know what Islam teaches as you've consistently written. The Quran we have doesn't differ from the one on the other side of the world.

You have alot of biased info and false info which reflects the intelligence many Christians propogate on Islam.

Robert Spencer refuted..... yet again

Thanks to loonwatch.

Gay Jesus figure caused threats from Christians

Everyone is attacking Muslims because of the South Park thing. And who else but Christians?
Loonwatch has an article that shows Christians sending threats to a play that was cancelled.

Pastor charged for sexually abusing teen

A Chestertown pastor has been charged with sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy.

Jerry Darnell Bartley, 39, was arrested Wednesday and charged with six counts of sodomy and one count each of second-degree child abuse, sex abuse of a minor, sex abuse of a minor continuing course of conduct and second-degree assault. His bail was set Thursday at $500,000.

Police say the investigation began last week after Kent County Social Services received an anonymous complaint about the alleged abuse. Charging documents state the abuse began around Christmas and the boy had internal injuries.

The Kent Bureau of Investigation says Bartley is a pastor at the Faith and Deliverance Church in Chestertown.

How Christians comment Part 2

From Adam, a commenter on the answeringmuslims blog:

Kaaba Kult worshipers are back.So a fruit of muhamMAD said.

And now from Simon, another commenter

burn in hell mohammad and islam. i forever curse him and his sick religion. if these muslims dont turn away from this evil islam and the quran then they surely to answer the real God one day. islam makes me sick and everyday something new pops up in the news about how these bastards r trying to take over the world. i understand there r muslims who also have no knowledge about the quran and they need to be taught and understand wut there religion teaches them.

Later on he says he didn't mean to offend Muslims:

and like i said before i didnt mean to offend u in any way when i said bastards but i cud have said worse things.I also have muslims friends and they were r afraid to leave islam and brainwashed at the same time.

I can tell from his tone he's lying because an ex-christian now Muslim came on. You can see the difference in the way he writes. Usually these Christians resort to anything to get some sort of momentum. Remember Philippians 1:18 where Paul said to cheat, lie and decieve in order to get people to Christ?

Pastor and wife arrested for kidnapping

MACHIAS, Maine — A man who was serving as a pastor at a church in Addison and his wife have been arrested on charges of kidnapping and custodial interference after the wife’s two daughters, ages 7 and 12, were found earlier this week living on their own at an Ellsworth motel.

Colin Haag Jr., 34, and his wife, Amanda Haag, 34, were being held Wednesday in Washington County Jail. Colin Haag’s bail was set at $100,000 surety or $25,000 cash. Amanda Haag’s bail was set at $25,000 surety or $5,000 cash. The two, who were arrested Tuesday, also are suspected in alleged thefts from at least one Down East church, according to police.

Washington County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Timothy Tabbutt says the case developed after the biological father arrived in Washington County and asked law enforcement to check on the well being of the girls, according to the Associated Press. Tabbutt says the mother had moved the girls to a hotel to keep them hidden from their father.

Tabbutt says the children are now living with the father, who's from Myrtle Beach, S.C., and had been looking for them for two years.

The story unfolded earlier this week when a man found wandering the streets of Jonesport, later identified as Colin Haag Sr., told Tabbutt he had been held captive by his son and forced to live in a basement.

Haag Sr. — who was using the alias Carl Davis Sr. — told Tabbutt that his son and daughter-in-law had been moving around the country and forcing him to stay in the basement at each residence.

Haag Sr. then provided information about the children in the Eagle’s Lodge motel in Ellsworth.

The Washington County Sheriff’s Department contacted the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department, and officers there went to the motel to check on the two girls. Upon finding them there, the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department contacted Maine Department of Health and Human Services officials, who took the two girls into temporary custody.

Washington County Sheriff Donnie Smith said Wednesday the children appeared to be OK and had been provided with food by their mother and stepfather while they were at the motel.

Smith said he was not sure how long the children had been there. He said it appeared the Haags had been in eastern Maine since January of this year and that the girls had been in school in the Jonesport area.

According to Smith, police believe the Haags have a pattern of staying in a certain area for a while, until the girls’ biological father figures out where they are, then abruptly moving to another part of the country.

“They had been traveling around, enrolling the children in school under false names,” Smith said.

He said he believed the Haags were close to leaving the area.

“It looks like, to us, they were ready to take off again,” Smith said.

Tabbutt said the Haags are married, but both also were married to other people in other states, having never obtained divorces.

Colin Haag had been representing himself locally as a Baptist preacher, Tabbutt said, although the man never was ordained as a minister.

According to a press release from Smith, the Haags allegedly have traveled through a number of states informing churches that Colin Haag was an ordained minister.

Tabbutt said the Haags may have had interactions with churches in Maine, West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and North Carolina. The Sheriff’s Department is working with authorities in other states to determine the extent of the Haags’ activity.

“This case has been a doozy,” Tabbutt said Tuesday. “I have spent the last four days working on this.”

A search warrant was issued late Tuesday for the Jonesport home where the Haags had been living, and Smith said evidence recovered included items allegedly stolen from churches.

“This will remain under investigation and additional charges are expected,” Smith said.

Haag Sr. is not being charged with a crime and is at a Hancock County homeless shelter, Smith said.

Congregation members at Columbia Union Church and the Lighthouse Church in Addison said Wednesday that Haag Jr. had provided them with a resume that said, “I stand firm on the Word of God. I am a preacher with a backbone and I preach what the Lord wants me to preach. I do not sugar coat my sermons in fear of offending. I stand true to the Word of God and I do not sway from the Holy Bible. I am a Pastor who is sold-out for Christ.”

Ronie Strout of Jonesport said she was devastated when she discovered last month that Haag may have made off with items from the historic Columbia Union Church.

Strout, the caretaker of the church, said some of the missing items included 15 light bulbs — one out of every light in the church — candle holders, historic records and hymnals, a piano bench, a Communion container, a handmade table and a Bible.

She reported the theft to Tabbutt.

Strout said that once she realized items were missing, she confronted Haag on March 28 and was able to get many of them returned.

“To say that I am upset is one thing, but I am really upset that I was that gullible to be taken in by a man of the cloth,” Strout said this week. “I hope I have learned my lesson. How can a minister steal and still preach and get away with it?”

Strout said Haag also said at various times that he was a U.S. Marine, served in the U.S. Army’s Delta Force and was a Navy SEAL.

“They had been spinning their story so long I think they actually believed it,” Smith said Wednesday. “[Colin Haag] is very smooth and appears unconcerned.

“I think this could end up being massive,” Smith added.

“This is a case of Washington County people wanting to believe the good in other people,” he said.

Refuting the claim "Pakistan is an Islamic country"

We here today Christians being arrested and jailed for "allegedly" (false claims against them are common) defiling Quran's, Christian girls being kidnapped/harassed and so on. I condemn all these but the thing is Christians label everything Islamic right? Well how about we stop and look. I'm an Indian Muslim (basically pretty much the same thing as a Pakistani). I've got maybe 13 TV channels from Pakistan like Geo, ARY, Indus, Dawn, Qtv (I'm embarassed to say this stands for Quran TV) etc.
All of these have their own shows and ad's. The Westernized/Christianized culture has swarmed all over the nation. I and I know many Muslims out there were surprised this was from Pakistan. The dress codes, attitudes and behaviour's of citizens is identical to Christians here in the West. Alcohol and western clothing is popular, the dating and boyfriend/girlfriend crap is openly accepted, is this an "Islamic" country? Pakistan only joins the 57 other states that are "Muslim by name" rather than "Musim by faith". Please anyone show me what country properly follows the Sharia?

Also Pakistan barely ever punishes anyone. You can rape, murder, steal and get away clean. Islam means safety and justice for all. Does anyone notice a contradiction?

I bring this up because recently Pakistani Christians were sentenced to life in prison for blaspheming Muhammed and the Quran. So I wonder what you call the current society there? Isn't this also blaspheming the Prophet and God? Isn't this insulting to our Muhammed? He made an example for mankind with alot of effort, yet it's ditched, thrown away and what's forbidden in Islam is picked up?

Pamela Geller continues her support of white supremacy

Rifqa Barry is practicing Philippians 1:18

An article from last October I found on the Loonwatch site. We've seen Rifqa act up many times before and accusing Islam of this and that which reflects the views of the Pastor's (who publically stated they hate Islam) that took care of her.

Christian terrorists are among us

Great article on Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer

Robert Spencer believes Sri Lanka is a Muslim State

If we turn to the bible, in Philippians 1:18, Paul said to use false motives to get people to his religion. Which include lying, cheating, decieving etc. Basically ANYTHING.
This time the self assured scholar had his propoganda used by a news report site, Crosswalk. They said Rifqa Barry would be harmed if she's returned to Sri Lanka because it's a Muslim country. There's only one source in the world that backs up this claim and that is, you guessed it, Robert Spencer.

Lets look at some stats of Sri Lanka:

70% Buddhist
15% Hindu
7.5% Muslim
7.5% Christian

Here is the excellent article by Bartholomew's Notes:

Pastor sleeps with his 10 year old daughter

Prophet Nana Kofi Yirenkyi, aka Jesus One Touch, leader of Jesus Blood Prophetic Ministry, has been arrested for reportedly having a series of wild bouts of sex with his 10-year-old biological daughter.

The same pastor was recently arrested over reports that he had inserted his finger into the vagina of the wife of Prophet Eric Amponsah aka Computer Man, head pastor of Hope Generation Ministry.
“What we gather is that he sleeps with the daughter anytime the church is having a revival session or crusade and people are expecting miracles,” police sources told DAILY GUIDE.

The arrested Man of God was kept in Police custody over the weekend and was not allowed to hold church service on Sunday March 7; nor did he celebrate Ghana’s 53rd independence anniversary.

The 10-year-old daughter (name withheld) purportedly admitted that she had been defiled by her father, a pastor, and her immature vagina shattered beyond repairs.

He would be processed for court today.

DAILY GUIDE gathered that Prophet Yirenkyi, after having sex with his daughter, releases his sperms into a white ‘miracle’ handkerchief and then uses the same handkerchief to clean the little girl’s vagina.

Family sources say the belief is that the handkerchief is the source of Prophet Yirenkyi’s miracle powers and that more people would flock to his church anytime he sleeps with the poor damsel.

Prophet Yirenkyi lives with his daughter at Weija in Accra while the girl’s mother stays at Mamfe Akuapem in the Eastern Region. The pastor and the woman are no longer married.

When changes were detected in the little girl, Prophet Yirenkyi was said to have explained that it might be the houseboy who had inserted his finger into the girl’s vagina.

The little girl, after being questioned by the mother, then disclosed that it was her own father, Prophet Yirenkyi, who had been having sex with her and that he uses a white handkerchief to clean her vagina and collect his sperms before sending the handkerchief to church.

About a month ago, DAILY GUIDE laid hands on a secretly recorded telephone conversation believed to be a romantic dialogue between Prophet Yirenkyi and the wife of Computer Man, another man of God.

On the said recording, a male voice, believed to be that of Prophet Yirenkyi, is heard speaking softly with the lady in question, and asking her about the color of her panties, texture of underwear, the position she was lying on bed and other unprintable talks....

Here's his site:

Some may call him a cult leader, but if he was a Muslim the media and christians would be using this for their sick propoganda.
Either way he is an educated man of Christianity.

Christian group faces trial for luring 14 year old girl

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — The Lancaster County district attorney said members of a religious group will face trial for allegedly trying to lure a 14-year-old girl away from her family.

At the time, the teenage girl from the Denver area said, her neighbors from the splinter Mennonite church were her only friends.

So, when Megan Ramsey’s parents forbade her from seeing them any more, she followed a church member’s instructions and slipped away in the middle of the night in Plain Sect clothing.

The pastor and two adult female members of Reidenbach Mennonite Church on Thursday were ordered to stand trial in Lancaster County Court on felony charges of concealing Ramsey from the police and her distraught parents on Dec. 10, 2009.

The three had plans to take the girl and about 40 church members with them when they moved to Kentucky, according to Megan and police.

Rachel Zimmerman Starr, 54, of 448 Pleasant Valley Road, Denver, is charged with interference with the custody of children and criminal conspiracy/concealment of the whereabouts of a child. Starr convinced the girl to run away and helped hide her, according to police.

Alda Hoover Martin, 23, of 165 W. Maple Grove Road, Denver, is charged with criminal conspiracy/concealment of the whereabouts of a child. Martin, police and the teen said at the hearing, hid Ramsey — first in a pile of hay in a barn and then in a chicken coop.

Aaron Zimmerman Hoover, 47, of 449 W. Maple Grove Road, Denver, pastor of the church and Martin’s brother, is charged with criminal conspiracy/concealment of whereabouts of a child. Police said he knew of the plot and did not help police officers when they were trying to find the child.

The homeschooled teen told of how she became friends with her Plain Sect neighbors shortly after her family moved into a rental home on Pleasant Valley Road.

She made friends with adults and children her own age, she said, and about a year later started worshipping with the group.

Her parents at first encouraged the relationship, she said, helping her buy plain clothes so she fit in at services.

Then, due to falling grades, Megan said, her parents told her she could not go to services anymore. Eventually, she was forbidden from seeing the church members.

But she and Starr would hold clandestine meetings in a meadow, she said, and Starr wrote her letters, about 10 in all.

Eventually, Megan said, Starr advised her to run away and gave her a letter with specific instructions for what she was to do the night of the flight. Wear dark clothes and burn this letter, it said.

One part of the letter told her to leave a note in her bedroom for her parents, telling them she was running away because she couldn’t practice her faith. The letter also told Megan to tell her parents not to look for her.

Under questioning from Starr’s defense attorney, Cory Miller, Ramsey answered, “Yes,” when asked if it was her decision to run away and if it was her choice to hide from her parents.

“I really didn’t want it to go this way but, at the time, I thought it was the only way to be able to spend time with my friends. I didn’t have any other friends then,” she said.

Earlier in her testimony, however, she said Starr initiated the decision to run away.

“I don’t think I would ever have thought of the idea,” she said.

Christian steals $700 000

A top officer of a nonprofit Christian missionary group has been arrested for allegedly embezzling more than $700,000 from the Northern Virginia group and using it to support a “lavish lifestyle” that included buying a Porsche sport-utility vehicle and renting a second residence, Loudoun County authorities said Friday.

Eun Tae Lee, 50, is listed in an annual report as the chief administrative officer for Seed International Inc., a missionary company sponsored by the Korean Central Presbyterian Church in Vienna but funded by numerous Korean churches around the world.

Won Sang Lee, the retired senior pastor of Korean Central, is the president of Seed, and Chang Soo Ro, the senior pastor of Korean Central, is listed as Seed’s secretary in the company’s annual report to the Virginia State Corporation Commission.

It was unclear how many employees or missionaries Seed has, nor were there details about donations the company receives. Officials at Seed and Korean Central did not return multiple requests for comment.

F. Douglas Ross, an attorney for Seed, said the effect of the embezzlement “obviously is significant. It’s an international humane organization that provides missionary services and support across the globe.”

David Wood believes what most Christians do about Muslims

And that is we're stupid. We discussed how that bus carried anti islam signs which were done by Geller and Spencer, David had a link to it as well and said we Muslims don't know no free we are in the West. What he's trying to say is Muslims, because we live here in the West, we can adulter, drink, gamble and so on. The thing is we KNOW thats wrong in our faith. We do not go near that stuff at all.

Just another thing, David has an artcile about a woman suing a jusge because he violated her rights on religious freedom by making her take her hijab off. Then someone broke into her house and stole her cell phone which had nude pics of her. What makes me question is that she claims it was "an" (which could mean she's a player) ex boyfriend. We Muslims don't do that boyfriend/girlfriend crap. I find it wierd how a "religious" woman would do such a thing. It doesn't matter if Muslims have muslim boyfriends/girlfriends, we are forbidden from such haraam relationships.
I can make a comparision here. A person may seem religious and Devout but will contradict islamic teachings (i.e TERRORISTS).

Sexual graphic in the bible is inapropriate for children

Quite long and VERY informative.

Almost everything we think we know about the Bible and sex is wrong.

Instead of being a list of sexual shalt-nots, the Bible contains so much graphic eroticism that parents may want to keep the sacred text away from youth under age 18.

Indeed, that’s what 2,000 Hong Kong residents tried to do in May when they called on a Chinese decency commission to restrict the Bible to adults only because it contains passages that seem to give the okay to incest, rape, adultery and a father offering his daughters to strangers for sexual gratification.

The Bible — which has been the foundation for much of the world’s sex-related laws — is actually, it seems, quite erotic, and surprisingly soft on things like prostitution and polygamy.

And even though some Bible passages criticize homoeroticism, others non-judgmentally describe prominent men loving other men in a sensual way. The Bible, as well, frequently employs sexual communion as a metaphor for how humans can passionately relate to God.

As if that’s not enough to shatter prim and proper stereotypes, the Bible contains sections such as the Songs of Songs, which highlight sensual delight in ways that could snap open the eyes of unwary adults, let alone children.

Even though the protesting Hong Kong residents were trying to make a wry point about the dangers of Chinese government censorship, The Song of Songs from the Hebrew Bible (which Christians call the Old Testament) is, really, quite hot. It makes 38 metaphorical references to male and female genitals and includes several cheery accounts of oral sex. It does not mention God once.

For good and ill, what we think the Bible says about sex matters a great deal.

In the U.S., the Bible and sex is at the root of the politically manipulated “culture wars.” Canadian laws on everything from marriage to abortion were, until recently, governed by how people read the Bible.

What the Bible says about homosexuality continues to divide the worldwide Christian church — with Canadian Anglicans next week taking on the thorny topic in Winnipeg at their once-every-three years General Synod.

Those include the Bible’s wonderful sexual euphemisms — in which genitals are described as “feet,” “thighs,” “mandrakes,” “pomegranates” and “hanging fruit.” Meanwhile, the most common euphemisms for intercourse are “to enter,” “to lie with,” “to know” and “to go into.”

Despite the emphasis some Christian and, to a lesser extent, Jewish leaders, have placed on the Bible’s apparent denunciations of some kinds of sex, such passages are few and far between — and even then often contradictory.

The Bible sends no message, or mixed messages, about divorce, adultery, masturbation, abortion, celibacy, sexual abstinence, homosexual relations and even sex with slaves, says Hornsby, who could be described as a moderate-to-liberal Bible scholar.

It should come as no surprise that some scholars will disagree with some of Hornsby’s historical contextualizing, but that’s the name of the game in Bible study. It’s all about interpretation, formally known as hermenuetics.

Masturbation? There is no prohibition against it in the Bible, Hornsby says. The famous Genesis story of Onan, for instance, has nothing to do with masturbation being bad.

It’s about a royal man engaging in coitus interruptus to shirk his procreative duties to his deceased husband’s wife, so that his own son would inherit riches. Meanwhile, the song of Songs 5:2-6, includes a self-pleasuring female erotic fantasy that may knock your socks off.

Abortion? The issue that makes or breaks political elections in dozens of countries? There is no specific word for abortion in the Bible, Hornsby says.

It is equally difficult, she maintains, to determine any clearcut message from the Bible about the touchy subject of birth control.

Polygamy comes out oddly — since a lot of Bible heroes, including Abraham, Jacob and David, had multiple wives and no one seems to care.

There are, as well, no Biblical words for “husband” or “wife,” unless you consider “master” a synonym for husband.

Actually, master would be a fitting description, because in Biblical times women were considered property, like sheep. In such a context, female adultery was ranked as theft

Sexually enslaved for 25 years

Many call the ministry a "cult", but that's because they are a violent bunch. If this was Islam, Christians would be glad.

The authors portray this is anti Christian yet they wouldn't give a damn if this was by Muslims.

Christian woman attacked by husband for speaking "highly" of women

See the woman isn't all that right. While it is true women are equal and have rights and whatever, but in Christianity that isn't the case.

Juanita Bynum, a preacher whose fiery and frank sermons about women’s empowerment have won her a national following, was attacked by her husband in the parking lot of an Atlanta hotel early Wednesday morning, police said.

Bynum, whose ministry is based in Waycross, and her estranged husband, Thomas W. Weeks III, had met up at Renaissance Concourse Hotel near Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to try to reconcile, Atlanta police said.

But while at the parking lot about 4 a.m., the two got into a physical fight until a bellman at the hotel pulled Bynum’s husband off her, Officer Ronald Campbell said.

She was bruised up and battered,” Campbell said. “She had purple bruising around her neck and upper torso.”

The husband, who is also a preacher, left the scene. No charges have been filed against him, according to police.

Police found out about the fray from a staff member at Piedmont Hospital, where Bynum was taken for a checkup. She could not be reached Wednesday night.

A popular Pentecostal evangelist, Bynum lives in Hempstead, N.Y., but her administrative offices are in Waycross. She is open about her past, freely talking about sex and being on welfare, hospitalized with a mental breakdown, divorced and spiritually broken.

Once a homemaker, a hairdresser and a flight attendant, Bynum’s big break came when Bishop T.D. Jakes invited her to speak at one of his conferences several years ago. Her ministry took off a couple of years later after she gave her unrehearsed “No More Sheets” sermon on breaking free of sexual promiscuity at a singles event.

Young Muslim woman becomes Mosque leader, and Christian women....

An article about a 24 years old Muslim woman who is a leader at a Mosque. It's nicely written with interviews with some other Muslim women like Mona Siddiqui, a professor of Islamic studies.
The point is Muslim women throughout history have held high positions of power. Today that isn't much the case as most muslim countries have become christianized (and in christianity women are forbidden from power) and run by uneducated radicals.
And Christian women, well they're banned from speaking in Churches so what make sone think they can lead the church? Also in 1 Timothy 2:12,

I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent.

The reason we say "christianized" to muslim countries is because they've adopted this, and ditched the Quran and hadith.

Some quotes from the Muslim woman here in the artcile :

The mosque is a cultural center as much as a house of worship. "This is a traditional model of Islam. It's not new," she said. "We are going back to the roots. There is only one Islam."

She corrects the media how there is no such thing as "radical" islam, or "moderate" islam. May Allah bless this woman and all like her.

It also invites Muslims of all views, even sympathizers with the "jihadists," or radicals. "We don't discriminate," said El Ksaihi. "You have to let everyone in, regardless of their views. You can only help someone if you understand their views."

It's good to see women trying to correct haters. Say, I wonder what Pam Geller and Rob Spencer would say aboutt this? Probably come up with more excuses to suit their fans like how maybe she was oppressed and gets beat by her husband. They come up with psychopathic ideas like these and their work is all the evidence we need.

Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer start new blog to attack Islam

These 2 morons don't get it do they? Muslims continue to refute them yet they keep coming back. They've drugged themselves with hate and ignorance. Most likely they're wanting atanetion. Aww how cute.

Lets look at something:

This is a comprehensive site showing the human origins of the Qur'an, the truth about Muhammad, giving you answers to arguments in favor of Islam, and much more. Note: it is a Christian site, written from a Christian perspective. But anyone interested in Islam, and in leaving Islam, will find it a valuable resource

We already know this is a Christian blog. Right in the begining they say if Muslims are wanting to convert to Christianty. Robert Spencer is a Christian. We've seen Christians in the past pretend to be non-christians to lure others into Christianity. It's all Philippians 1:18 where you are allowed to lie and cheat to spread Christ.

They're so heavily into getting Muslims out of Islam, it's actually very funny. Becaise of the sad attempts and lies these 2 bring even get refuted by non-muslims (hint see, a site hated by both Geller and Spencer).

I'm guessing WomenforTruth is already on their case. But what are the chances of them ignoring a convert to Islam?

Oh and here's an article by loonwatch:

An oppressed, silent and submissive barbie doll

I laughed when Christians started attacking Islam after a "Burka Barbie" was released.
So how about a Christian barbie doll? What's the reaction to this? Nothing.

With her careers as veterinarian, astronaut and U.S. president behind her, Barbie has at last found her true calling: as a second-career Episcopal priest.

The 11.5-inch-tall fictional graduate of Church Divinity School of the Pacific in Berkeley, Calif., has donned a cassock and surplice and is rector at St. Barbara’s-by-the-Sea in (where else?) Malibu, Calif.

She arrived at the church fully accessorized, as is Barbie’s custom. Her impeccably tailored ecclesiastical vestments include various colored chasubles (the sleeveless vestments worn at Mass) for every liturgical season, black clergy shirt with white collar, neat skirt and heels, a laptop with prepared sermon and a miniature, genuine Bible.

David Wood up to his myths again

To be a doctor you need patience and knoweledge. I fail to see how David is one.
Before i say anything else, i admit women in some Muslim countries are oppressed, but i've always said this and it is AGAINST islam. As well it is an insult to Muhammed pbuh and God.
There was a storey of a yemeni girl being raped and dying. I am ashamed of this and sad a Muslim would do this. But the thing is all of these atrocities happen in third world undeveloped countries, even Christian ones too. Yet only Islam gets blamed. If this is an attempt to connect Aisha's marriage, these people are quite sadly blinded.

And it should be noted many human rights groups are Muslim run, which use Islamic scriptures to show what is what.

I've got proof that Aisha was mature and her marriage was legal at THAT time. Also 100 years ago the age of consent was 10 in North America and in Europe. So do these haters think? Must be some holy spirit crap guiding them to believe in falsehood.

Christians find out facebook gave my account back so they block me

Yeah they couldn't handle the evidence i gave them. So in response to this i created a group with a similar name-"WOMEN UNITED FOR SHARIA/MUSLIM LAW". The only word changed is "FOR" from "AGAINST" like the hating Christain group had.

Muslim woman fined for not sitting on bench properly

Concordia University student Amal Asmar plans to file a complaint against Montreal police, alleging she was mistreated by officers and fined $1,000 after being targeted because she is of Palestinian descent.

Montreal police refused to comment on the case, but the force has maintained that racial profiling is against its official policy.

Asmar, 33, a human relations and psychology student, said she was on her way to a friend's house after a late night of studying for midterms at Concordia's library on Feb. 4.

She said she stopped and sat down on a bench at a bus stop on Ste-Catherine Street outside the Alexis Nihon plaza at about 3 a.m., when a police cruiser pulled up and two male officers began questioning her.

"They said, 'You're breaking the law based on the way you're using the bench.' And I was just confused. I didn't understand what they were talking about."

The officers got out of the car and approached her, she said.

"I was like, 'I don't understand what's going on. What did I do?' And then before you know it, they had then roughed me up, if you will, and pushed me against the police car and began to restrain me."

Asmar said she screamed when the officers began twisting her arm and pushing her neck against the cruiser.

"I was in such excruciating pain. I was crying. I was screaming, pleading for them to stop. I said, 'Stop. You're hurting me. I am in pain.'"

She claims she was handcuffed and frisked before being put in the back of the police cruiser.

Student claims racial profiling

"I was very confused as to why any of this happened. The only thing that I can say, and what I felt is that I was being singled out because of my ethnicity," said Asmar.

Asmar said she was wearing a kaffiyeh — a black and white checkered scarf commonly worn in the Middle East. She said police made no mention of her ethnic origins.

Asmar received two tickets for the incident: a $620 ticket for making noise and a $480 ticket for using municipal property, in this case the bench, improperly.

She is contesting the tickets and plans to file a complaint with the Police Ethics Commission.

"The way I was mistreated, humiliated, embarrassed, it just instills this fear. These are cops that I've always seen as officials that are there to serve and protect us. And here the very people I thought would do so, are the very people I am just terrified of."

'It's unthinkable'
Asmar is working with Montreal's Centre for Research-Action on Race Relations to file a complaint to Quebec's Police Ethics Commissioner.

The centre's executive director, Fo Niemi, said the circumstances Asmar describes are "unthinkable."

"It's very unusual. We find it very, very abusive."

Niemi supports Amar's claim that she was the target of racial profiling.

"Her race, her skin colour, the way she dressed — she was wearing the Arab scarf — and the fact that she was in the street at 2:30 in the morning, particularly around that area. So maybe the combination of those factors led the police to mistreat her."

"This is the kind of incident that makes people lose faith in the police and nullify or compromise whatever good efforts the police try to do," added Niemi.

Evangelist convicted for killing wife, storing her body in freezer and sexually abusing teens

MOBILE, Ala. - An Alabama evangelist preacher and former paratrooper was convicted Friday of murdering his wife and storing her body in a freezer for four years.

After deliberating for 1½ hours, a jury in Mobile also found 39-year-old Anthony Hopkins guilty of rape, sodomy, incest and sexual abuse of a child between the ages of 12 and 16.

Hopkins was arrested in 2008 while preaching at a rural revival on charges that he killed 36-year-old Arletha Hopkins, a mother of eight.

He showed no reaction on Friday as deputies handcuffed him and led him from the court.

Children who grew up in his home and who had testified against him stood in the front row and hugged each other and cried as the verdict was read.

"There is nothing pleasing about any of this, it is all very disturbing," Ashley Rich, the prosecuting attorney said. "A number of children have been harmed and the chances of them fully recovering are slim."

Authorities said a teenage relative who Hopkins had abused and impregnated led police to the body of his wife in 2008.

Investigators say Hopkins killed his wife in a violent fight in 2004 after she caught him having sex with the teenager. They said he then stuffed the wife's body into a freezer at the home he shared with her, the couple's six children and two of her children from a previous relationship.

In closing arguments Friday, Assistant District Attorney Jill Phillips said Hopkins terrorized his wife and young children, isolated them and used the Bible to manipulate them.

"He was the supreme commander of his own little army," Phillips said.

Hopkins told jurors Friday that he came home on a December evening in 2004 and found his wife dead on the floor, with the youngest of her eight children, an infant, beside her.

"I was shocked and I began to shake her, and I was like 'Letha, Letha are you alright?' I began to shake her, tilt her head back and do CPR," Hopkins testified.

Hopkins served in the U.S. Army in Kazakhstan in the late 1990s and earned a medal for his service. He was arrested in 1998 for being absent without leave from the Army in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, from June 15, 1995, until April 6, 1998.

He testified Friday that he decided to leave the Army after he got orders to serve in Korea and could not take his family with him.

Answering the marriage between Aisha and Muhammed

Here is a response I wrote a while back but it again didn't get any attention like the one on "wife beating".

First off Aisha was a suggestion by a female companion of the Prophet pbuh, Khawalh bint Hakim. The prophet did not immediately propose to Aisha, but thought for quite awhile about it. Many sources tell that the marriage was for strengthening the relationship between Muhammad pbuh and Abu Bakr.
Aisha was already engaged before to another man, Jubair ibn Mut`am, but it fell through. Tell me, how come aisha's friends were happy for her? why did they wish her good luck? and why didn't the prophets enemies even bring this up? because it was a common practice. in hadiths we see aisha was always happy with her marriage. Tell me how come NO ONE objected to this? The ONLY objectors are the anti islamics of today. EVEN SCHOLORS of all faiths admit this was normal for that time.
Age was one of the main reasons too. People lived MAXIMUM 40-50. And there was no age of consent back then.
Also it is a known fact that hotter climates have an affect on girl's and their maturity.
We see people around Aisha married the same age, Hala, the cousin of Amina bint Wahb was married to Abdul-Muttalib on the same day his son `Abdullah married Aminah bint Wahb who was at Hala’s same age. And Umar ibn Al-Khattab married the daughter of Ali ibn Abi Talib, while he was her grandpa's age.
We see Abu Bakr was concerned because there was a delay of the marriage as well.
In addition to that, when Muhammad pbuh and Aisha were just married, he gave her a necklace. And when friends and family were on the move, Aisha got left behind because she lost the necklace. Not long after we see a group of men who come and ask her if she's lost. Aish tells the men to take her to where the others are. Upon arrival, the men dropped her off and claimed that Aisha had an affair with the men, which Aisha denied. Some investigation was done and the men lied, and they recieved lashes for what they did.
So were these men also pedophiles?
Another hadith shows women going to Aisha for questions about their periods. They were directed to Aisha by Muhammad pbuh because it was embarassing for him to answer their questions in proper detail. We can clearly see Aisha was not the 6 year old of today's society.
Aisha was highly known for her knowledge. She taught lectures, she's responsible for many hadiths, and she was a battle commander as well. She's known as the "Mother of Believers" because she is a perfect example of a muslim wife.

Doens't really matter the age of the man, but 100 years ago the age of consent was 10 in north america and in europe. and Delaware had it at 7.
It was considered highly shameful if you didn't marry by 12. Even in europe this same thing applied.
When Canada was being formed, it was divided into upper and lower. The government PAID 10-13 year olds to HAVE CHILDREN to increase the population. THERE WAS ZERO objection to this by ANYONE. So if you call muhammed pbuh a pedo, your only insluting the enemies of islam of that time and the arab culture, many others and ALONG with your own. Many undeveloped countries and third world places have ages of marriage between 12-15. And I do believe some US states have it at 16.

what makes a pedo?

"Low self esteem. Many pedophiles, although by no means all, do not have a great sense of capacity for adopting a sexual demeanor towards adults or those of their own age or older. They feel unhappy and fearful at the prospect of sexual behaviour with adults and hence turn to children due to the fact that they are unable to have the strength of personality to seek adults for sexual demeanor. When considering treatment therefore it is important to establish and develop a higher sense of self-esteem in such individuals."

Well muhammed pbuh was also married to other women. And he never suffered from low self esteem. So he can't be a pedo.

"Lack of impulse control. Many pedophiles find it extremely difficult to deal with the impulsive nature which inclines them towards sexual behaviour to children. They simply cannot control their need for engaging children in sexual practices. They might be said to suffer from an obsessive-compulsive condition. Here again treatment would involve developing better impulse control and of course redirecting the sexual inclinations."

Yeah muhammed pbuh didn't have any sexual activity for 2 years after his marriage with her. Lack of self control does not apply to him. Also the month of ramadan dicourages sex. so why did he practice this if he had no self control?
Moreover, we see in hadiths that Muhammad pbuh kissed Aisha when she went through menstruation, and Aisha challenged other men on if they had the same control as him.

"Denial. Many pedophiles deny there is anything wrong with having sexual relations with children and many will in due course paradoxically deny having carried out such practices should they be confronted. It is vital to change the attitudes of such individuals much as in the lack of empathy with their victim."

Yeah muhammed pbuh never denied having sex with any of his wives.

"History of previous pedophile activity. Many pedophiles have carried out minor or major acts of pedophile behaviour in the past and this has led to habit as well as the obsessive-compulsive nature of the act towards children. It is vital here to promote alternative habits i.e. in attitudes and demeanor of sexual behaviour with adults."

Muhammed pbuh never had any history of child marriages. And all of his wives were adult and there is no evidence of him being obsessed with children. He didn't marry anyone else of Aisha's age.

"Poor family relationships - many pedophiles have come from families that are in chaos or are lacking in stability. This has led them to view sexual behaviour with children rather than adults as acceptable especially if this has been practised upon them by a member of the family in the past. Although it is difficult to reverse what has happened in the past through discussion or attitude changes it is vital that insight must be gained by the individual into how his/her pedophile activity originated and was developed through the family dynamics."

Even though he was an orphan he was very close to his family members and said himself whoever didn't interact with family members should be denied paradise.

"Low IQ - there are pedophiles who have low intelligence but by no means all are in this category. Where this is the case appropriate therapeutic efforts must be made to develop understanding of what they are doing wrong and what they must do to change."

Even though he was illiterate (nearly all were in his time as education wasn't tradition), he was a very bright boy and a great tradesman to go along with his wise personality.

"Loneliness, depression and relationship needs - this particular trait is associated with low self-esteem and lack of empathy with the victim. Many pedophiles are lonely individuals who live on their own and have found it difficult to establish relationships with adults, especially for sexual purposes. Some suffer from psychological problems and even psychotic illnesses. Here intensive treatment and monitoring is in order."

Muhammed pbuh was never lonly or depressed when he married aisha. he had many friends and companions as well before and after the marriage.

"Having been themselves sexually abused - many pedophiles have themselves been sexually abused in the past by adults. They merely imitate what they experienced and continue their activity considering it as appropriate since it was done to them."

The prophet pbuh was never abused in any way by anyone. So this doesn't apply to him.

Dutch Christian Party bans women

AMSTERDAM – A fundamentalist Christian political party led entirely by men was told by the Netherlands' Supreme Court on Friday that it must accept women in leadership roles.

The Political Reformed Party, known by its Dutch acronym SGP, has consistently held two or three seats in the country's 150-member national parliament since the 1920s but has never had a female candidate at any level.

"People say it's only a small party, so why bother?" said Kathalijne Buitenweg, chair of the women's rights organization that brought the case challenging SGP policies.

"But can you imagine the outcry there would be in this country if a party with these principles had been organized by Muslims?"

The SGP, which says it draws its inspiration from the Bible, has argued that restricting leadership roles to men is justified by religious freedom.

"The constitutional right to freedom of religion does indeed give the party the right to express its opinions," said Judge Detmer Beukenhorst, reading a summary of the court's ruling in The Hague.

"But in a democratic country, political ideals and programs can only be carried out within the boundaries set by laws."

The ruling said the party's policies are in conflict with the 1979 U.N. Treaty for the Rights of Women and it instructed the Dutch government to take unspecified measures to force the SGP to change.

Justice Minister Ernst Hirsch Ballin was quoted by Dutch paper De Volkskrant Friday as saying he hoped the SGP would "draw its own conclusions" from the ruling.

In a statement, the SGP criticized the ruling as "incomprehensible" and said it would have no immediate effect.

"The SGP knows that it is dependent on God in all circumstances and will go on no less strongly carrying out its mission," it said. "That is, bringing Biblical values into the governance and organization of the Netherlands."

It then unveiled its list of candidates for national elections in June — with no women among them.

The SGP draws most of its support from members of various conservative Calvinist churches, notably the Netherlands Reformed Congregations, in an area known as the Dutch Bible Belt.

Buitenweg said that in a way it was surprising the ruling is coming now, and not a generation earlier. But she said the government and many people have turned a blind eye to the SGP, rationalizing it as politically irrelevant.

In addition, most of the women in communities where the party is strong do not support modernization.

Christians use anything for their own purposes

I don't know what it is, but Christians will make any situation connected to evangelism. We already know they're in love with third world countries, they take advantage of many of the kids who do not have an education and brainwash them. Pitful.
What I want to talk about is the Iran situation on how the correct winner of the Presidential election got brushed aside and the former ruler contnuing to govern.
Because Iranians are angry, Christians believe it's because of Islam. So all these petitions and facebook groups are "standing beside" the Iran citizens. Here is an example:

What these Christians are actually saying is the Iranians are dumb and stupid. I'm pretty sure those citizens know what Islam is all about, and they would be more than happy to correct evangelists. As a matter of fact, I was on a facebook group supporting Mousavi and the Iranians beat me to it. Already were Christians spreading drugged ignorance and hatred, and they were HEAVILY getting refuted and embarassed by Muslims.
See how sick minded these people are? They come in ANYWHERE, ignore everyone else and start up their topics with of course, Islam being a victim.

Christian kills cousin over "skimpy" dress

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The sister of an Ohio woman killed during a fight that police say began over a skimpy Easter outfit says she can't explain what could have led to the shooting.

Ralinda Pickens says her sister, 19-year-old Danielle Pickens, always wore short skirts and shorts to family gatherings.

Columbus police say 42-year-old Evelyn Burgess shot Pickens Sunday night after an argument over jean shorts and a T-shirt the teen wore to Easter dinner.

Burgess is charged with one count of murder. She's Pickens' cousin.

Franklin County Municipal Court Judge William Pollitt set Burgess' bond at $500,000 during a court appearance Tuesday.

Answering "Wife Beating" in the Quran

I've got a response for this but it isn't getting much attention, since I wrote it a while back and it was in the middle of a rebuttal to a Christianist site. I'm copying and pasting it from before.

Really I dont understand why christians get so worked up about this. They are so into this verse. Did you know 1500 women in the US die because of domestic abuse every year? And they believe islam allows domestic violence. Do you see again why we're always looking at the christian views of islam? The thing is, the Western Society we live in is very sensitive to family violence. Due to the fact many wives are battered by their husbands, rights orginizations have become so influenced that they object any physical motions towards women, whether it's in real life or on paper. They've also got support from the media and citizens like us. So hearing the allegations, opinions and thoughts that Muslim men can beat their wives is understandable, from their point of view. Though what Islam says about this and what Westerners intepret are completely different. You cannot compare the 2.

The Quran is not meant to be understood by reading one verse. It is a book which needs to be fully read to know what is happening and what's going on. The same goes for everything in life.

Islam has given Muslim women a voice, to be heard. It has given her freedom's, rights, and obligations. As a matter of fact, Muslim women have MORE freedom than Muslim men. Men have been put in charge in terms of protection, finances, shelter and so on. Women have not and they're still placed on a higher level. Throughout the Quran and the sayings of the Prophet (peace be upon him), we see women have to be treated kindly and equily. So if Islamic Scriptures give women all this, why is this included out of nowhere? Well lets think. First there is no reason for a Muslim woman to rebel (the definition of "rebel" is explained further on), if she already has more freedoms and a higher status in an Islamic Society than men. Second what do women possess that men do not? What do they have that can give severe consequences? Can you guess why women have been told to dress modestly? (which by the way just means wearing confortable clothing that isn't too tight, doesn't reveal any body parts and plainly loving for who you are not how you look. Only God judges)
Verse 4:34 has 3 steps for a man to take. They all are no joke, serious approaches for serious situations. So we can see these are for the RARE issues, directed towards the MINORITY of Muslim women. God is being clear how he wants his worshipping women to behave and be like.

Questions about this verse has been asked by Muslims before. If you go to Islamonline, Reading Islam or basically any scholarly source, they use the term "behaviour" in regards to women. It's because they expect you to already know what that means in this context, which is why they don't go heavily into detail and analyze from the begining to the end. But for this one time we'll do a full analysis to educate non-believers and Muslims.

And it should be noted, that after reading this section on "wife beating", that this verse applies more to UN-islamic societies. Unfortunataly many Muslim Nations are Christianized today (clothing wise, gambling, prostitution etc). It may also apply to Christian/Jewish wives since Islam allows Muslim men to marry CHASTE women of the book. Below, after I've done refuting this alleged claim, I'll explain about this and how it can't be used today and why this verse was put in the Quran. Anyways let's begin analyzing An-Nisa 4:34.

Have a stroll at night during downtown. Go to nightclubs, watch music videos. What's so common about the women in these?
Lets look at it line by line:

"Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means...."

As I said before this is a COMMAND by God to protect and maintain women. This means men give women their FULL 12 basic (same as men) rights, they provde housing, food and medical care (in islam a man's wealth is to support his wife and family FIRST while a wife's wealth (however she gets it) is for herself ONLY). A wife should respect her husband for serving her (like a man or a woman who has servants would respect them working for him/her). In a relationship, it's known that men and women behave different. Women need love and men need respect. We see in verses and hadiths women get what they need. Next line:

"Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard....."

So again the line talks about women needing to respect her husband's efforts to serve and please her and keep her happy. Take note of the part where it says women guard what God would have them guard. This refers to a woman's private parts and chasity. They should cover them up and not show it off. Also it says the Muslim women are obedient (not in the case of obeying her husband like a dog. Ephesians 5:22, 5:24 don't exist in the Quran) to islam. Here we see the man's need which is, as I said above, respect. And since the husband is the "Man of the house", he need's to know eveything. Everything/everyone that enters or leaves the house has to be known by the husband, for various reasons (like security and again respect). He is the head of the household which means all decisions are by him, BUT the Quran clearly says men HAVE to discuss and take advice FROM THEIR WIVES before making those choices (like in a democratic government, state leaders must have approval from the congress and parliament. This is how Islam works as well. And this all all absent in Christianity. The husband can be a dictator and the wife silently has to submit). The reason a man gets to make the decisions is once again about that respect thing. I've got countless articles by female and male psychologists and councelor's who highly recommend wives give their husbands authority over the houshold and certain things. That is the main factor of that respect thing.

Islam expects women to be righteous (like above in the verse), which means being mature and follow rules. Go look in a school classroom. Girl's are the ones who listen and don't misbehave. They abide by all rules. So why should they misbehave when they're older? When they're more vulnerable to rapes, assaults, harassments and so on? Women don't like any unwanted attention, especially by creepy men. It annoys and pisses them off. Am I right or wrong? It's common sense for her not to put herself in these types of situations.
Next line:

"As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct...."

Again as islam respects and honours women, it has no respect to women who dont respect themselves. Lets see the last part of 24:31-"They shall not strike their feet when they walk in order to shake and reveal certain details of their bodies."
The verse literally speaks for itself. Muslim women should not/cannot be sluts and whores (basically the haraam women). They should not/cannnot expose themselves everywhere-tv's, computers, boards, public places etc. They shouldn't make themselves objects so they can sell products, like how many businesses do. These can have negative influences on young boys and especially girls (i.e they need the "perfect body", they need to show their beauty and not hide it, they need to lose weight to look good etc). Men do not like their women being like this (you don't even have to use religion to see this, it's a man's nature). This is one of the few soft spots in males (yes guys have feelings too). So is this fair to a man, when he's told to serve women?

In islam, as it is the husband's duty to provide and protect for the family, it is a wife's duty to raise children (since children learn from, and are more attracted to their mother's and vice versa). The first role for women is motherhood. Obligations should always come before what we want.
Women in islam cannot go astray, as they hold important positions according to islamic values. The "naughty" and "bad" girls do not exist in islam. For example I was recently in Las Vegas. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Girl's pole dancing in public, nude women portrayed on hotel buildings, the skimpy outfits. I was really concerned about my little sister who was being exposed to all of this. Every few minutes I had to distract her, every few moments I had to get infront of her to block off her view.
Another example, and we all know it, is when we rent a movie and have a family night with you know, kids. We can't keep our finger off the forward button just in case that one randmom girl appears.
The women who wear racy clothing, who hold party girl images have no place in Islam. And these women who want to be loved for their bodies are very insulting to other women. God gave women wonderful features and abusing the beauty given to them by their creator shows the weakness in the faith (unless your christian where the bible appaulingly speaks about a woman's body that were created for men, and should show it off (it literally does in the song of songs and song of solomon!). Continues to show which faith oppresses and degrades women doesn't it?).
A woman with her sexuality can get anything she wants. And again that goes back to abusing what God gave her. This is why Islam calls for women to dress modestly (ironically, nearly all schools and many work places in the world do too). Being modest seperates a muslim woman from a non-muslim one. Now I'm not nagging on every non-muslim girl, but you know... the ones who come out at night and the ones who want to be loved for their bodies.
Since women are a temptation and an urge for men, the more they cover the less they'll be targeted. The less problems they'll face. For example, a non-muslim guy can ask out a muslim girl. These types of situations are hard to get out of and can have negative consequences.
I continue to this day survey and ask women about what they think of those sluts, whores and women who want to be loved for their bodies. USUALLY they agree with me on how they shouldn't exist (you all yourself can try this).
They say what I say so we know why God put thise verse in the Quran. Also quickly see verse 4:19: "O ye who believe! Ye are forbidden to inherit women against their will. Nor should ye treat them with harshness, that ye may take away part of the dower ye have given them, except where they have been guilty of open lewdness; on the contrary live with them on a footing of kindness and equity. If ye take a dislike to them it may be that ye dislike a thing, and God brings about through it a great deal of good." Right here the verse tells men cannot be harsh to women unless they're expressing open lewdness which means exposing the body for attention and whatever else I said above. Otherwise men must be obedient and fair. To add a little more, lets look at this hadith:

“There are two types of people who will enter the Hell-fire, whom I have not (as yet) seen: People having whips similar to ox-tails with which they will beat people, and (secondly) women who will be dressed yet appear to be naked. They will seduce men and be inclined towards them. Their heads will be like the swaying humps of bacterial camels. They will neither enter paradise, nor smell its fragrance, even though its fragrance can be smelt from such and such distance.” (Narrated by Abu Hurairah, Recorded in Sahih Muslim, no. 2128)

Next line:

"admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them (lightly); but if they repent, seek not against them Means (of annoyance): For Allah is Most High, great (above you all)."

I'd like to note that it is well known, any type of physical and quick gesture towards a woman gives her a surpirsed and fearful feeling. It's just how a woman's body reacts.

So there's 3 steps:
1) Talk to them not to do it again
2) Dont share the bed with her
3) Hit (what the arabic word "daraba" is most understood as. Just a note the Quran can only better understood in arabic.
When translating any language to english, your not going to get the same meaning in the original language. You have to go through conjugations, you need to swap a few words around here and there to make sense.) or it can be translated as tap or even leave. Some translations have both. "Daraba" has a varety of meanings and is frequently found in te Quran, though none is related to any sort of physical gesture besides verse 4:34. And notice this is the LAST resort if the #1, or #2 steps dont work.
This verse doesn't mean its "domestic abuse", like many christians put it as. Muslim men can't raise an arm on their women unless the reason provided above (and really 99% of Muslim women do behave, act and dress appropriately). Plus it doesn't apply to just any women but "THOSE WOMEN on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct...."

The Quran says after any of the steps, if a woman realizes she's wrong, husbands have to forget the incident(s) that occured, not bring it up and annoy their wives about it. Furthermore the last few words "God is most high and above you all", because it's RIGHT AFTER and in the CONTEXT, it means God is great and high and men do not dominate women, because all glory and worship is owned by him and NOT to men (centuries of men being superior to women stopped when islam came. That there is no one higher above women and men but God alone).
The last words probably apply more so to men, for them not to take advantage or anything to far.
Even those strict Wahabbi cult Saudi's, who distort Islam quite a bit, say the "beating" cannot cause pain nor harm the wife. Sure some of their reasons are irrational and far fetched, but the hitting/beating cannot break anything, nor leave a mark. In addition to that, all tasfir and scholarly views see this as a simple little tap that is meant for emotional pain rather than physical. So we can easily see it's more of a symbolic tap. Like I said how a woman's body is not familiar with physical gestures/actions towards them, they usually will stop to not get that odd fearful feeling.

Quran 2:231, says men can't marry or keep women that hurts or harms the wives. If the women in ANY way are, a man's sinful (2:231-Do not retain them to harm them so that you transgress limits. He who does this has wronged himself).
Thq Quran clearly says husbands and wives are sources of comfort. Also the holy book mentions couples should live in peace and tranquility, and that men and women are garments for each other (30:21; 7:189 , and 2:187).
How did Muhammad (pbuh) treat his wives? With love and kindness. And we're all to follow him.
A man can't use any sort of physical gesture towards his wife in blind anger. A wife who fears from her husband has been automatically granted divorce- "If a wife fears cruelty or desertion on her husband's part, there is no blame on them if they arrange an amicable settlement between themselves; and such settlement is best; even though men's souls are swayed by greed. But if ye do good and practise self-restraint, God is well-acquainted with all that ye do. (Quran, 4:128)"
And lets not forget verse 4:19 where men have to be obedient to their wives and live with them in kindness and with honour. So it's obviously clear 4:34 refers to Muslim women acting like the already hell-bound girls.

Another verse has it that Abraham was commanded by God to listen to his wife and obey what she wanted (the exact verse escapes me).

Muhammed pbuh said:

Paradise lies at the feet of the mother.”

Narrated Abu Huraira:
A man came to Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) and asked,
“O Allah’s Apostle! Who is more entitled to be treated with the best companionship by me?”
The Prophet(PBUH) said, “Your mother
.” The man said. “Who is next?”
The Prophet(PBUH) said, “Your mother.
” The man further said, “Who is next?”
The Prophet(PBUH) said, “Your mother.
” The man asked for the fourth time,
“Who is next?” The Prophet(PBUH) said, “Your father. ”

Obedience to a mother is obedience to God.

“The most perfect believer in the matter of faith is one who has excellent behaviour; and the best among you are those who behave best towards their wives.”

This hadith above meaning men have to follow verse 4:19, to obey and be kind their wives.

Christians disable my Facebook account!!

Aright so it seems as if Christians are against freedom of speech? On facebook I was on a group that was called "Women united against Sharia" or something close to that. It was Christian run (surprise surprise) with a whole bunch of haters (over 2000 of them). All they did was show what Muslims do and labeled Islam with that. I did my best to educate and refute them, but like many Christians they refused to listen and called me a "liar". I find it wierd, because all I did was present Islamic evidence, so apparently in their minds, the Quran and hadith are lying??
It also seems as if they follow the bible, because they bitched about saying what ever they wanted to, yet the admin, quietly deleted my posts on the wall and the discussion board. A contradiction.
I can tell he/she was Christian since he/she said all that "I pray to the holy father and son..." crap. It's obvious he/she didn't like me refuting the myths and lies every christian vomitted up, with an exclemation mark at the end of every sentence.
It takes alot of tries and alot of people to get one's account deleted. I messaged facebook of my displeasure but most likely nothing will happen.
Sorry to those who I had as friends. Guess I got to restart everything.

I hope one day, God will show them the light and take their hating ignorance away and see what Islam truly is.

Error's in the Bible about marriage?

So I was googling the age of marriage in the bible (I found out from Christian sites there isn't one) and came across the site "Got Questions", a Q and A for Christians. I've asked them questions before and apparently chose not to respond after the first question (Do christians have to follow the Old testament and which Testament leads to paradise?) for which they only partly answered, and it was the most ambiguous thing I'd ever seen (after the bible).
So what got my attention was these alleged "scholars" answering a questioner on dating (dating is allowed in Christianity). What they said was Christians should only date/marry Christians and not non-christians (or "unbelievers" in their words). They cited verses 2 Corinthians 6:14-15 for this and it seems like they're correct. But have a look the verse here:

Wives, in the same way be submissive to your husbands so that, if any of them do not believe the word, they may be won over without words by the behavior of their wives,
(1 Peter 3:1)

Any other translation can be seen here:
All of the translations have the same meaning. One cannot be considered a "Christian" if he doesn't believe in the words of the bible, correct?
The verse clearly says women can marry non-christians! An obvious contradiction.

Now if we look at another verse:

1 Corinthians 7:39- A woman is bound to her husband as long as he lives. But if her husband dies, she is free to marry anyone she wishes, but he must belong to the Lord

Honestly what is going through Paul's head? All of a sudden now a woman is forced to marry a Christian?? But wait, lets see an Old Testament verse, which Jesus is also the God of:

"If two brothers are living together on the same property and one of them dies without a son, his widow may not be married to anyone from outside the family. Instead, her husband's brother should marry her and have intercourse with her to fulfill the duties of a brother-in-law." (Deuteronomy 25:5)

So now this contradicts 1 Corinthians 7:39 where widows apparently, must marry the husband's brother. Why is Jesus doing this? Does this really make sense of his revelations being in contradictory of eachother?

There's one other verse from the OT I'd like to discuss:

"If a man happens to meet a virgin who is not pledged to be married and rapes her and they are discovered, he shall pay the girl's father fifty shekels of silver. He must marry the girl, for he has violated her. He can never divorce her as long as he lives." (Deuteronomy 22:28-29)

Right here we see a rapist, who can be from any faith, must marry the woman. Puzzled? It is after all the Bible.
